The Ignis Path -
Supervision that ignites curiousity, builds skill, refines judgement, and prepares you to master the work ahead.
Creative. Realistic. Grounded in science. The Ignis Path is built for behavior scientists who want more than checklists and canned content.
This isn’t just supervision. It’s a transformative experience designed to shape you into a confident, competent, and engaged behavior analyst.
Come as you are. Be ready to learn. Ask big questions. Push yourself. Get ready to have fun, but also make mistakes - we’re human! Most importantly: think about your impact.
What is the Ignis path?
Supervision doesn’t have to feel like a hoop to jump through.
The Ignis Path is designed to be engaging, creative, and exploratory—helping you develop real-world skills through experiences that actually prepare you for the job, not just the exam.
We also aren’t just another passive supervision program!
It’s a structured, supportive space where we combine scientific rigor with case-based learning, interactive problem-solving, and space to think critically. You’ll experiment. You’ll reflect. You’ll ask questions. You’ll learn how to navigate real clinical challenges—not just quote the code.
The Ignis Path is your training ground - one that respects your brain, your goals, and the weight of what it means to become a BCBA.

Ignite - Build - Refine - Master
We are proud to partner with Study Notes ABA to provide our supervisees with discounts for study materials and live cohort study sessions!
-
You’ll dive into role-plays, ethical dilemmas, case studies, and real-world clinical challenges—not just theory. We’ll use examples from different ABA subspecialties that align with your career interests, making every lesson applicable and actually useful for where you want to go.
-
This program encourages curiosity. Bring your weird cases, your big questions, and your ideas. We make space for all of it.
You will make mistakes. That’s literally the point. This is where you experiment, ask questions, get messy, and figure things out without fear of failure.
-
Because let’s be honest—learning sticks better when you’re actually enjoying it.
This is not a “sit in silence and take notes” kind of thing. Expect lively discussions, hands-on activities, pop culture references, and maybe a well-timed tough love pep talk when you need it.
-
Everything you do in this program mirrors what you’ll do as a working BCBA. No filler. No busywork.
This isn’t about memorizing flashcards. You’ll work through real-world cases, ethical dilemmas, behavior plans, and data analysis—so when you’re a BCBA, you already know what’s up.
-
Ignis Path uniquely focuses on a holistic approach, addressing a broad range of behavioral and developmental needs beyond just autism spectrum disorder.

I'm a behavior scientist with 20+ years of experience and a deep passion for mentoring the next generation. I've trained hundreds of professionals across clinical and community settings, built supervision programs from scratch, and developed systems that actually work in the real world.
Ignis Path was born out of everything I wish I’d had as a supervisee: support without ego, real conversations about career paths, and a learning experience that actually prepares you for the field—not just the exam.
I don’t believe in busywork. I believe in critical thinking, and building analysts who are ready to lead with purpose.

Since becoming certified in 2018, I’ve specialized in early intervention and training others to confidently apply ABA in meaningful, practical ways.
My work is grounded in family-centered care. I believe the most powerful progress happens when caregivers are supported, empowered, and actively involved. That’s why I’m passionate about providing high-quality services through both in-person and telehealth models—because where a family lives shouldn’t limit the support they receive.
I’m here to help future behavior scientists learn how to create lasting change, reduce stress for families, and build meaningful relationships that make a difference.
